Shipping times to different destinations:
Europe:
- 2-4 days via Fedex
- Up to 14 days for Asendia Priority Mail. (UK up to 21 days)
USA & Canada:
- 2-5 days via Fedex
- 14-30 days via Asendia Priority Mail.
Rest of the World:
- 3-7 days via Fedex
- 14-30 days via Asendia Priority Mail.

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to ship orders either on the same day or the next day following the day the order was placed. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time in Estonia.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. The cost for shipping will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the delivery address.

• Courier Services: Delivered by FedEx for faster and/or international deliveries.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every shipment is important to us. Therefore, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is on its way. This email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to check the status of your delivery on the respective carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping options with FedEx and Asendia Priority Mail. Please be aware that international shipments outside EU may be subject to customs clearance and additional fees may apply.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any and all fees imposed during or after shipping outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Duties and taxes vary by country, kindly check directly with your local customs in order to estimate the possible duties.
In most cases and countries, duties are not charged by customs, however this cannot be predicted before arriving to final destination.
7. Damages
Shumi Biotech Oü is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
